So this car has had its VANOS units replaced along with both IONIC sensors (after all 10 coils showed misfire errors) and the pressure accumulator. It went in for the VANOS job after some time with very poor idling and engine performance and having it checked with Autologic it was done. Drives great for 2 weeks.

The Check Engine light is on again but the car drives great for about 200 km, except for once where it became jerky. Cleared the error and the light won't come on until another 120 km of mixed driving. Checked it with Autologic and this is the error message:

"2771 Oxygen sensor dynamic diagnosis before catalytic converter, Bank 1"

"SAE Code P3301"

Is it as simple as replacing this particular O2 sensor? Anybody faced this issue? Researching this SAE code doesn't show anything BMW related.

Thanks.

Those codes that you are reading I cant find.. Try clearing it again and see if the same code come back. You might want to do a update to the vehicle.
