900 ... hell i would have got one a long time ago if i saw that .. one guy quoted me 3100 euro then that same guy you went too wanted 2800 for that and the combox.... if i can find it for 900 i would have gotten it a long time ago

Its becuase probably he's not selling a CIC but a CCC for $1500. You will never find a whole CIC kit for $900 like you said or for even $1500. Minimum for a CIC i've seen was $2000 Euros!
