no.Hello fellow e39 M5ers,
done some searching but cant seem to find anything, so hear goes-
Is it possible to fit to fit the drilled discs from the e46 M3 onto an e39 M5:dunno: ?
There you go-
Concur e46 M3 Rears work. I dunno bout same part number, but rear brake rotors are same size on e46 m3 rears and e39 m5.check with Dave Z but I thought I read that OEM rears on both cars are same part # so rears would be direct fit
Here's what I found on RealOEM.com:Concur e46 M3 Rears work. I dunno bout same part number, but rear brake rotors are same size on e46 m3 rears and e39 m5.
Slim pickins for drilled front.
Best bet- StopTech BBK front with drilled rotors, and e46 m3 rear rotors.
Turner Motorsports has the rears on sale here.
G/L and keep us posted on your decisions! I've been thinkin this route for awhile now. Just too many other mods currently in process.
Yes. :M5thumbs:So basically the only set of rotors from the E46 M3 that fits on the E39M5 are the rears correct?
That is good news I have a brand new set of oem E46 rotors stored in my garage that I can use on the M5's next brake job.
