I have a '98 E39, lusting and waiting for one more round of VC $ to go make the down payment!
Anyhow, at 60K miles, the clutch is starting to slip, or at least that's what I am attributing the hard throttle slippage with. I have heard that the 2000 M5 clutch kit is basically a drop in for the E39 540i.
Does anyone have an educated guess?
