Finally I was able to get the Magnaflow 14815 cans installed today. Got them off from eBay for a pretty good price with free shipping. Installation (cost $250.00) was done by Meineke and it took 3hrs (the manager there was nice enough to charge me for 2.5hrs of labor including parts).

Since I didn't want the car to be too loud and wanted just that deep heavy sound (louder than OEM but not as loud as Eisenmann Race/Sport or Supersprint), I acheived the sound I was looking for and I love it! The car is now sounding like a BEAST - the way it should be.

Resonator was not removed.

The interior sound hasn't changed much. On a scale of 1 to 10, as 1 being OEM sound, this setup sounds at 3 or 4. 10 would be Eisenmann Race.

Here are some videos I posted on YouTube of before and after:

Good service is hard to find these days, that was cool of them to not overcharge you like that and congrats on getting your exhaust!

The sound is much better in person. The quality of sound from this camera is not that good so I'll try to make another video with my other camera next week and will try to post it.

It took about 15 mins to upload a 40 second video on YouTube. Is there any way to upload it faster (compressing the file maybe??).

Makes me want some kind of exhaust. The stock exhaust is too tame.

I need something a little more beastly.

Good deal Ali! Cans look good and the sound is improved! I think you got the sound you were looking for!

Enjoy! btw, good video posts!

When I get a chance, I will post mine since I don't ditched the resonator, mine is a 'little' more 'barky' then yours! LOL!

Sounds great Ali. I basically have the same setup as you but with the 14816. You described it very accurately and your videos came out great.

I will shortly have some of my own so I can compare.

Congrats.

Sounds much better than stock. I like more those "raspy" supersprint and eisenmann sounds, that's why I have supersprint exhaust system, but that is not bad at all!

Im just amazed, how SILENT that stock exhaust can be, I didn't even remember any more but it just doesn't make ANY noise? :D Unbeliavable, it really is.

You also removed from resonator down the line! Kept the cats! I did the same thing with mine and yes, the sound is much more pronounced and definitely noticeable when you drive! I like your Supersprint cans! Obviously better quality and look a little wider than my Magnaflow 14815's!

Euro Clear Hella's in the front look the part!

Nice ride!

Thanks for all the comments guys.

Seller name is wp_exhaust. Price per can is $139 with FREE shipping. You can't beat that price.
Yeah that is a great price. I bought mine from hottexhaust when he was running the coupon special and i got them for $110 a piece with free shipping but the very next week he raised his prices. I guess he realized there was a real demand for these things.

Do any of you with the 14816 have a pic of the back of your car, I don't think I've ever seen that muffler...
