I installed the Euro 1995, M5 big brakes on my 1991 M5. Super good balance as a BBK
The Euro 1995, M5 has 328x20mm rear vented rotors p/n 34212227844 with the calipers/carriers and dust plate for the larger rotor. No matter what, IMHO this is the rotor for an E34 BBK
These of course are used with the 345x32mm Front floating directional rotors and 4 piston ATE calipers.
The only problem I see:
1) Euro parts are harder to get in the US as BMW/NA is blocking European parts.
2) The rear caliper carriers are NLA, but the E38 750iL uses the same size rotor and pads so the caliper carrier 34211163335 may be a substitute. Also the E46, M3 uses a 328x20mm rotor with a comparable caliper and that caliper carrier p/n 34212229705 may also work.
It is up to you to validate the compatibility of the E38 & E46 caliper carriers for the E34, 1995 M5 big brake rear caliper.

328mm rear will be too small compared to 370mm fronts, would need 340mm at least, maybe something from e92 or f10!? Someone installed even from e60 m5
