Find a dealer that knows what he is doing.
It is so easy if they understand how to operate the SDC. unless of course they are trying to do it with the hadheld terminal, which will not always provide the access to reprog the OBC.
If you want seperate programs for his and her keys (or his and his keys, but thats your business) then you must have each key programmed to the individual settings.
