Agree this is great customer service. I suggest that everyone buy their next set of tires from them and let the store manager know why you are doing so: a willingness to back up their workmanship.

Discount Tire exceeded my expectations on customer service.
The short version, rim damage Saturday March 1. Check in hand via FedEx first thing Thursday March 6, 3 working days. Impressive to say the least.
