I turned on my car today and the stupid computer has erased the date and the time on the screen. I tried to set up the date and the time again thru the set option but it won't take. Has anybody else experienced thi? What's the deal?

I have had intermittant problems with the display from time to time. At worst, one of the displays will go out for a while and then return unchanged. It mostly happens with the MPG display, but can happen to the others. Keep us posted because others seem to be having computer and/or NAV problems.

fwiw, i have had this problem twice, although only early on (ie: pre 3000 miles). 5000 miles since then i've never had the problem. both times the date and time got whacked and had to be reset.

i periodically see it be slow to populate the date/time onto the screen, but i think that's just 'cuz the software is so horrible. all sorts of slow stuff on that screen.
