I have a firing problem in cylinder 4, but i don't know which one this is. Is it is back left viewing from the front ???

Can anybody tell me the full cylinder numbering sequence for the s62.

Local tech says that i need to replace the ignition coil and recommends that i replace them all at the same time - £400.00 - as faulty coils might feedback and damage the ECU. I have never heard of this, does he have a point? :confused2

Thanks in advance.

Jim the cylinder sequence is as follows, on the passenger side of the car (front to back) is 1-2-3-4 on the drivers side (front to bacK) is 5-6-7-8. You are correct NO. 4 cylinder is back left viewing from the front.

Hope this helps
