Considering an Alpina Z8.

Who warranties this car?

Where do I go for repairs?

How long is the warranty for?

Do shops need Alpina trained techs?

There seem to be a few on the market, any reason for this. Was this car damaged like the Dinan Stage 3 M5 jamming exhaust in cutting structual rigidity? I love the classic look and it looks like a keeper.

I'm pretty sure of the answers to at least some of these:

Warranty is through BMW NA
Repairs at any BMW dealer (though some may be more knowledgeable than others)
Only 555 were built in total, of which I believe 444 went to the US market - hence it's not unpopular, just rare...
