I haven't done these on an M5, but my experiences with aftermarket suspension on my race car have told me you 100% get what you pay for, and that the ability to rebuild shocks is a MUST. So, if the PSS or KW's are rebuildable, I'd recommend either. Just check out spring rates and figure out what suits your preferences better. Remember, spring rate doesn't REALLY matter if the dampers are tuned correctly.
