I am looking into coilovers, I will likely get some BC coilovers and I am debating what spring rate is best.
Like this: BR Series Coilover : Type RA - BMW 5 Series E34 89-96 - BMW - Applications | BC Racing Coilovers


Their default setup is F:7K R:6K


The next step up is F:8K R:8K

This is for a road car (turbo) that will see some drag launches and track days (nothing too serious).
I do value confort and compliante over outright performance.


Anyone with coilovers has some tips?
