2001 M5, all of the sudden got this warning today, and both drivers side (USA) halos are out. I left my owners manual at the office, any ideas what the problem might be?
Thanks, Mike

You gotta be kiddin' me! Same EXACT thing happened to me this morning. I wondered if it has anything to do with the temp. It dipped down the the high-teens here last night.

It gets into the 30's in the morning, but no big deal.
Its been clear and sunny, and no water has been on the lights/car for a week or so.
Just took off the bulb connector for the Halos, and learned that its one bulb for both Halos. Bulbs burnt, but you have to replace the bulb holder as an assembly.
Hmm.....Umnitza.....

Or could it be that you had the parking lights on with the turn indicator on and that was the reason for one set of the halos to be out?
