My CD Changer refuses to eject the cartridge and when I try to play a CD, it say "no discs" on the Nav screen. Anyone know what happened?

both of mine died that way,you can unplug it and try again but mine only laste a few times.
slide something flat down the side of the cd box and it will release the cartridge .
