Car in the showroom and now for the mods!!
Well, its been almost 3 years since I ordered the E60 and now its here in the showroom waiting for my insurance to be sorted. After having driven the E39 M5 for the past few years, I am looking forward to experiencing the next generation :wroom:
But, looking at it in the dealership, next to a 530d sport, I cant help thinking just how "plain" it looked.....dont get me wrong, I like to be subtle with my cars but I just wished the new M5 was just that bit more "butch" to separate it from the crowd.
Dont knock me down to much guys on this one :haha2:
So, I have ordered a stainless steel race mesh grill for the lower front valance from the USA, looking at some new 20" Harge beauties and some lowering springs. Some of the tuners like ACS and Hamann are starting to bring out some body parts so will be looking at those. I dont want to create a Max Power car but just want it to be a bit more different - does any one else feel the same??
With petrol going over the £1 per litre mark for the first time ever over here, I am not going to rush that run in period!!
