Can anyone run a service history for me? And is this a fair price

VIN is WBSDE93452BZ99916, does anyone have access to run a BMW Service History, and perhaps tell me what the codes are?

Also, is this a fair price for this behicle:
2002 LeMans Blue/LeMans Blue, 42,715k miles, CPO. Build date is 9/2001 and it looks like it has M Audio and Fold Down Rear seats. Dealer told me they'd give it to me for 47,900. I'd be a local buyer for them and trading in my 2003 M# SMG which they offered 39,000 on.

The dealer should provide you with the service history printout. It will take them about 2 minutes to obtain it. The price seems pretty good to me if the car checks out well. You can use this link to interpret the service codes. I recall that you ignore the last zero on the service history code printout. If the code ends in "MP", maintenance procedure, then it won't be on this list, but the dealer can tell you those (i.e. oil service, inspection 1/2, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, etc.).
