Thanks for sharing. Great shots!

Did Christian say anything about what makes the HydraCoup different from a regular torque converter?

Driving impressions?

Hey guys, I wanted to share the first configuration that Lisa, the main designer from Koenigsegg sent to me. Its cool to see how good their graphics/photoshop is. It is a little different from what I showed her, and I can tell immediately that a lot will be altered from this first spec but nonetheless I thought it would be cool to share the first configuration!

Looks great! But on the other hand, I think you could almost trow anything on it and it would still look good! Works well without the accents at the main air-intake and winglet in front of the rear wheel.

I would normally think "standing" stripes at the rear diffuser is not a good thing, to me horisontal lines would be better to make the car look wider and lower (if you need extra accents in the rear to "balance" accents in the front, in your case the rear lights/reflectors also helps the front-rear "accent balance"). But with the RS vertical lines works quite well together with the rear wing endplates/winglets, maybe they go even better together with the "dopphin-back" stripes, as seen on #115. The vertical lines are also in line with the "flow" of the rest of the accents from-front-to-rear (when seen in other angles than from the rear), horizontal line(s) in the rear would break that of a bit.

It's not easy :^) And the hardest thing is probably to be "brave enough" (at lest would be for me). I think the initial renders was way more bold than this, maybe some swede (Lisa) have been there and made it more "tasty"? - Listening to the professionals is probably a good thing here. I'm almost happy that I'm not in your position, I wouldn't be able to sleep :^)

Yeah I'm with the guys, that's very promising and near impeccable inside and out. Really feelin' the balance between aggressive and subtle and the slimmer stripes makes everything flow so nicely and brings it all together. That's one idea I would definitely keep in mind in whichever direction you decide to take it.

The stitching and piping on the seats is next level and red on black is timeless. Also blacked out interiors should be standard Agera config, it's the difference between "getting a bit long in the tooth?" and "perfection!"

And just wow at that three-quarter rear view! "Knight Rider meets Tron" is the only way to describe it! Unreal! :imnotworthy:

Delivery August 2017. Beginning production Jan/Feb.
This I can't get, estimated production flow for 2017 (according to above statement, from KAAB i guess).
Slowest case: Building week 1-35 2017, at 8 stations, 4.4 weeks/station
Fastest case: Building week 9-31 2017, at 9 stations, 3.1 week/station

Current situation: chassis 127 have been at st8 in august and is being delivered in september (week 35 2016), giving us this situation: 128 st8, 129 st7, 130 st6, 131 st5, 132 st4, 133 st3, 134 st2, 135 st1.

With 26 weeks to last week in February and 12 cars to "start" before build start of 147, takt time for renaming part of 2016 will need to be at 2.1-1.4 weeks/station pace to hit the "worst case" estimated build start!! With a 3 week/station pace (more likely but still faster than estimated by KAAB for the build of 147), building starts in May 2017 and Delivery in October 2017. With 3.5 week/station (more in the middle of a KAAB estimated number for 2017), building starts June and delivery is in early 2018. Don't even think about the 4.4 week/station pace, that would make customers very unhappy and damage the company..

The years I've stalked the builds I noticed very uneven pace, I'm sure the production manager at KAAB has a lot to do (improve)!

We are now starting to see the real pace. This RS have been seen out testing recently .. Delivery August 2017 was a very optimistic delivery date as anyone could tell (my calculated delivery date seems to be much closer to the truth than the "factory" delivery date) .. It seems this car have found a new customer under the way and car number 147 is now RS 22/25(26-27?), they also "skipped" a lot of numbers in between and we have yet to several chassis expected "before" this one..

Since last post:
127 Finished and delivered September 2016
128 Finished: ??, Delivery: October 2017.
129 Finished: ??, Delivery ??
130 NO trace of this one
131 Finished: No, Delivery No
132 Finished and delivered September 2017
133 Finished and delivered February 2017
176 Finished and delivered October 2017
135 Finished and delivered August 2017
136 Finished and delivered July 2017
137 Finished and delivered August 2017
138 Still at the factory
139 NO trace of this one
140 NO trace of this one
141 NO trace of this one
142 Finished December 2017, should be ready for delivery.
143 Finished October, delivered December 2017
Summary: 10 delivered cars in 15 months .. We can assume that they have a 0-series Regeras (probably the cars marked as "NO trace of this one") in different states of finished to better the numbers a bit, but even if there is 4 of them finished and ready and we count the Gryphon that should undoubtedly have been delivered if it wasn't for an unfortunate accident we still just hit a 30 day/station pace..
