Only one problem.. VW onws Elsass-Lohringen track (Ehra-Leissen in english) (where this and the McLaren F1 speed tests were made) but VW also owns Bugatti so they wont rent the track to Koenigsegg to do a similar test because then they risk loosing the title world's fastest which is pretty good PR for Bugatti.. so anybody know any other similar tracks? The VW track has a 9km straight.. I guess salt lake or somewhere they could prove they can beat it?

i think you can better run 400km/h on tarman than on salt ;)

But maybe they will be able to test is on a runway or something

That sounds a little dodgy...

The listing says the transmission is a manual... errr DSG isn't really a manual, and he doesn't know what the engine is, but mentions it in the comments.

And the car has a VIN even tho it hasn't been built yet??

If someone wants to fund my purchase tho, i'll bid on it... :D
