Hi All.
Just going to attempt a SS brake line replacement and bleed for the first time on my 2000 M5.
Been watching a few videos online, and just have a question ref disconnection of the plastic brake line from the hard line.
Do you just need to turn the nut from the end of the hard brake line to undo it, or do you need to counter hold that nut and undo from the plastic brake line?

I've just heard some stories (relating to other vehicles) where they turn the nut at the end of the hard brake line and it just end up not undoing and just twists and damages the hard brake line.

Thanks in advance guys!

Counter hold the bottom. 17mm. Top is 11mm (flare if you have one)

Remove the box that holds the brake and wheel sensors in the front, it will give you more room to work
