BMW rear spoiler?

Has anyone seen an M5 with the BMW E39 rear decklid spoiler (part number 82 63 9 407 928)? I'm considering ordering my M5 without the standard rear spoiler and ordering this one. It's on page 26 of the '99 BMW Accessories Update catalog.

Not a bad looking spoiler. Although the tiny lip spoiler which is standard is such a tease its awesome.

I guess the next question is who makes the straight spoiler? That looks like an AC Schnitzer logo on the trunk lid. Is that spolier from them?
