As far as I know the interior of the rubinschwarz B7 is Lavalina Brombeer.

Indeed, it is Lavalina Brombeer and the color of the car is called Rubinschwarz Metallic, provided by BMW Individual and has a slightly redish touch depending on the light conditions. Perfect combo in my eyes!
