Blinder M47 and V1 today... power question?

Not sure what is the best place to tap into for power for the Blinder M47 and the Valentine One hardwire kit I am installing on my E60 M5 today... Any thoughts... I want to keep it as clean and close to OEM as possible.

Also any tips or tricks regarding the headliner and how to run the wire from the V1 down behind the dash easily (without having to remove the entire headliner and driver pillar etc.
