I just want to warn you guys. I was on the way home from work tonite and put a disc on playing "Born to be Wild". Forget about it. It takes about 9 seconds before this uncontrollable force is pushing your right foot to the floor -- nearly THROUGH the floor. What a trip.
"I like smoke and lightening...
Heavy metal thunder.
Racing with the wind...
And the feeling that I'm under."
Can you describe driving an M5 better than that?

Hell, I was born after that track was made and it still has an affect on me.

Good tunes are always dangerous in a car. I used to go from 60 mph to 130 mph with Temperance - Let Me Take You Away (in my old 535i).

Also watch out for Rush "Red Barchetta"; I've gotten two speeding tickets to that -- none in my M5 though. I've got to watch out for Crystal Method and Pink Floyd, too

Don't forget the one that should be the M5 driver's mantra: "I Can't Drive 55," by Sammy Hagar. A must listen for all who don't know it, especially Californians.
