So I replaced all my pulleys and main belt tensioner not AC.
When I turn the wheel all the way to the left or right and am going slowly I hear the belt slip/making a loud sqreeching noise.

Any ideas? The belt is also pretty new. Maybe only 15k miles on it.

Would you happen to know what size belts go on the 16% Dinan pulley? I bought a 2010 M5 second hand, doing the belts and pulleys to address a "chirp" and the belts I took off are NAPA PK 1040 and PK1400. Perhaps it's too long a belt???

As I recently discovered, the main failure point is the pivot bush in the tensioner arm, not the pulleys or the tensioner strut itself.
Once you remove tension from the pulley to replace the belt, getting it to correctly move back in to place seems to fail. If you find the belt screeching and doesn't have enough tension, this could be the problem.
The solution is to buy a complete new arm, complete with pulley and then swap the tensioner strut over from your old arm to the new one.

Do you happen to know what the bolt torque specs are for the tensioners/brackets to the block are?
