Computer translation to (broken) English:

Since the calendar week 25 production that runs Sedan again. According to data of a BMW speaker is that Production arrears until August caught up its.

Another defect braked the BMW M5-Ring-Taxi on that Nuerburgringnordschleife. Here a chafed through high pressure oil line ensured the Vanos control for oil loss. There it itself with the ring taxi around Pilot lot model of the M5 acts, was not the line yet in its final Position shifts. With the standard models this problem can according to BMW data do not arise."

I'm happy to hear its the oilpump and not blown up engines. I mean it wouldnt be good for BMW if the new M5 had problems like the M3 had the first year. So Im relieved its the oilpump.

I heard today that re-insatlling these new parts to oilpump and gearbox starts on 8th of July, at speed of 20 cars per day.

Since deliveries after production line ( My car beeing one of them) has been stopped at least from week 24, it takes few weeks to clear that jam...

I only wonder if they have to recall all delivered cars back to inpection and preparations...

All delivered cars has had the " upgraded " oil pump installed.

I think this is the 3rd delay, of the M5 production, due to the oil pump problem!
