Some of the Synter produced B12 Coupes didn't have Alpina chassis numbers. Do you have more details about this car such as color, options and engine number?

I know very little about it other than I found it on EBay. See:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=4542088057&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT

The Buy it now price of A$55,000 is about right in Australia for a standard 850Ci in this conditon, but would represent a good buy if it was genuinely Alpina enhanced!

Cheers

It's unlikely to be a B12 if the owner doesn't claim it. It should have a dashboard plaque even if it is a Synter car.

This was discussed at the roadfly E31 forums. It was unanimously decided that the advertised car is most definitely not an Alpina model
