Hey guys,
I rebuilt both my throttle actuators with new gears. While I had them apart I put a 9V battery to the motor leads and compared how the motors spin. One of them sounded like it was working harder to spin than the other. I'm hoping to find a bad throttle actuator for parts.

Any other suggestions are welcome (except for: Buy New ones :) )
Thanks

Update - The circuit board portion is the problem. I swapped circuit boards from one actuator to the other and the problem moved with the board.
Anyone selling the electronic components that I could solder in on my own?

Thanks

Someone in the M3 forums posted part numbers for the mosfets. @AbdulM (rebuilder) supposedly replaces more than just the mosfets, but doubt he'd want to make public what else goes bad.

Sent out my actuator to @AbdulM. In the mean time doing a oil change, and cleaning of the engine bay.
Can't wait for spring to drive my M :)

Thanks everyone and thank you especially to @AbdulM, I have got a rebuilt actuator from Abdul for a fair price, shipping was good also. Nothing negative to say at all.
I plugged it in and watched it move back and forth as I tested with the accelerator pedal before re-installing all the accessories.
My engine is now running properly.

Thank you again.
