So is the owner just seriously deluded or is he being dishonest? I assume it has an S3 plate on the engine bay...It's not a Daytona Prototype engine. I saw this car in an Atlanta shop and personally crawled under it and inspected it. It is a very nice Dinan S3, but no more. No Dailey dry sump system, none of the other modifications that go along with a Daytona Prototype engine. The gentlemen who owns it was saying the same thing about it then, viz., that it had a Daytona prototype engine in it. We all just shook our heads.
