Anyone know of this 2000 M5?

I am buying the 2000 M5 in the attached pic. Figured someone on here might know of it, as it looks like it has had some mods done sometime through its life. Fenders edges rolled in the rear to accomidate larger wheels, all mouldings body color, and was most recently registered in AZ. Car is now in San Diego.
