If you have a neighbour you don't like, could you just write her/his plates down and deliver it to the police? Where is the evidence? You can't see the license plates on the radar. ouich

Sounds like a good Idea. Posted speed limits are for everyones benefit, not just hindrance to the morning work commuter. Bottom line , you speed , you get caught , you pay. In this case a visit from your local law enforcement agents.

I would do the same thing to the elders if they were speeding on their electric wheel-chair scooters and breaking the 5mph speed limit :wroom:
