Just did an adaptation reset on my 2003 M5 (minor nice mods only, incl. Shark Injector), just fishing for a maximum tune-up (no relevant OBD II fault codes) - and - lo and behold: a MAJOR improvement, basically in sheer punch. Wha??? Although I'm somewhat conversant with adaptation concept, this one caught me off guard and maybe I need a refresher. Would anyone care to expalin from the start, and esp. regards any E39 M5-unique considerations? Thnx ahead of time! Stephen
