I have 2788 code low pressure at redline. I ran ista test and it fails at 5.5Bar test.

Fuel pumps were replaced 6 months ago, fuel filter is newish as well. Just replaced the fuel pressure sensor. No change.

EKP Module? Any other ideas?

This is weird, only one test failed, I would expect the load test would fail too, but adaptation is close to max which indicate blockage or pressure weakness. There is a conflict and I can't confirm this. Possible another pump. It is not abnormal for the pump to fail even new from dealer.
I don't support but EKP is relatively cheap used compared to pump price, may be worth to try. The reason I don't support the EKP is that the DME what decide how much pressure needed based on reading comes from the pressure sensor which means the pressure is actually low. the EKP only control the pumps based on DME calculation. Well, this is electronics our understanding may not apply.

Drove it and it still threw the code at 8K rpm. Try different EKP or buy pumps again?
