250km/h in 7th gear : at what RPM are you ?

Ahah we're discussing about the E60 M5 out there on a french board and we are wondering what is your RPM when you're doing 250 kph in 7th ?

From what I remember of my drive in the Hartge M5 it was just around 6000rpm.

I didn t pay attention at 250km/h but when the car shows 270km/h (maximum allowed), in the 7th gear there are 6300 rotations and a consumption of 29.8 l/100 km.
