Just call the dealer. I did just a couple days ago. My vin is earlier than yours (manufactured 11/06), and they said no open campaigns on mine.

My M6 was produced in the first few weeks of MY 2007 (9/2006), and I have not had any recalls.

BMW does issue many service bulletins for updates the dealer should perform during routine service visits.
