Good day- proud owner of several newer bmws but wanted an older model that I could never afford now or before. That’s a 2007 m6. Unfortunately the short period of time I owned it I have replaced service sensors at the dealership which is a bit overwhelming. Now I have two additional issues. High battery drain and increased emissions. Replaced the 6 year old battery which solved nothing. Could that be the ibs system? As for emission issue I guess I need that to be evaluated. Any qualified mechanics for n New York?

Did you register the new battery to the car? Do you have a BMW specific scanning tool to pull the actual codes?

Do you have a code of 279d showing in scanner
if yes then this will be taking a lot of time to find out the high drain battery.
it could be so many thing,,list is too long.
