I have 2 sets of OEM 17" Throwing Star wheels for sale. First set is a square set 17" x 8" all around that came from my 93 M5. The second set is a staggered set that came from an E31 850csi. Both sets are in absolutely mint condition since they have both been freshly refinished. Both sets were refinished in this fashion: Machined finish lips and clear coated, centers and inner barrels stripped and repainted in oe black and clear coated. The throwing star covers were stripped and repainted in oe hypersilver and clear coated. The square set has brand new roundel center emblems. The staggered set's roundel emblems were in very good condition so I didn't feel the need to replace them.

Selling these wheels since I have no plans of putting them on my cars anymore, going with Dinan Fikse wheels instead. The pictures do not do the wheels justice, they are a sight to behold when up close and personal. NONE of the wheels have been repaired, NONE had any cracks, dents or dings. The wheels just had your typical curb rashes and scratches from years of use, they desperately needed some refreshing. The wheels are balanced and roll true. They were also subjected to a stress fracture inspection, NONE were found.

Set 1: 17" Throwing Star wheels - square set
Fitment: E34 M5
Size: 17" x 8"
Offset: ET20
Selling price: $2000 plus shipping fees
Note: Square set includes brand new set of tires - Federal 595s in 235/45/17 with less than 50 miles on the tires.

Set 2: 17" Throwing Star wheels - staggered set
Fitment: E31 850csi
Size: 17" x 8", 17" x 9"
Offset: ET10, ET19
Selling price: $3000 plus shipping fees
Note: If you're nice, I will even throw in the matching 5th spare wheel with the correct front offset, in its original finish.

I'm located in Orange County, CA and local pick up is welcome.

Pictures directly below are of the square set. Will post pics of the staggered set in the 2nd post.

Buy with confidence, seller is a fellow ///M car nut that loves to hoard cool parts he doesn't need and doesn't have room to store.

It would be great to have a spare set of these but unfortunately I can't justify this right now.

By the way, the posted pics are pure pornography:grinyes:

For My '95 Arctic Silver 840ci

My 1995 840ci, which I bought new in 1995, is in love with ur wheels. Currently ... it has the original

Forged Alloy 16" wheels on all four corners. Yes ... I live in the West Los Angeles area. Please

Lemme know if you still have those wheels or are they already gone to a new owner.

Many thanks ...

PS ... I also own a 2003 Carbon Black e39 M5 w/less than 30k on its clock!

It's timing. Always available when you're not looking, and nowhere to be found when you need it. Such is this car stuff.
