Nice! I did the same thing this spring. Had the 18" versions and decided to switch to the 19's for aesthetics, and to get a bit more rubber out back. And then I went and stuffed a 380mm Dinan brake kit under them.

What are the wheel sizes?

I have a set of 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 and don't know what tyre to go with?

255/40f 275/35r ?
265/35f 295/30r ?
275/35f 275/35r ?

With Michelin 30k mile warranty square set up would pay for itself on next discounted set.

Paul,
I run 275/30f 285/30r on 19x9.5" & 19x10".
Your sidewall specs look too tall compared to stock e39 M5 tires - unless you're intentionally trying to run taller tires.
