I'm looking for a good track wheel setup for my 2006 E60 M5. Right now I have been running 19 in Nitto NT-05 tires on my stock M5 wheels. The trouble I'm having is R comp tires only come in 18in. My ideal setup would be a 275/18 front and a 305/18 rear. Do you have any suggestions?

That is not accurate.
There are plenty of choices / manufactues of R compound tires in 19" even some in 20".
1. Toyo R888 (my favorite, cost and function). Just about all the Lambo TTG's are running this tire.
2. Michelin PSCups
3. Pirelli Corsa's
4. Hoosier R6 but they are essentially slicks
There are a couple of street tires that have relatively low treadwear rating.
1. Hankook Ventus R-S3 w/ TR 140
2. Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 w/ TR 180

Cheers
