Fellow board members I am interested in purchasing an E39 M5 so if any of you are in interested or know of anyone interested in selling their beast please PM me for more details.
Thanks guys and best wishes for the holidays.
Finally spoke to Sal from Evolve about my issue.
The problems I am experiencing are actually quite common and Sal is experiencing similar issues with his M5.
Both our cars are having issues with the Idle Actuator, Sal has just replaced his and will report back to me soon with analysis...
Quick note to say I have spoken to Sal at Evolve.
They are snowed under at the moment hence the unusually slow response.
The problems I have been having are with the Idle Actuator and slow Vanos at low pressure - nothing to do with Evolve tuning.

Any of you guys had the fault thrown up?
Any updates on this issue.
I currently have the same issue with my 2006 model.
Have emailed Evolve to check whether it's my tune that is the culprit.
Can anyone confirm that new Vanos Solenoids fixed the problem for them?
