3M makes a few products for this. Most OEM wings, skirts and moldings are simply attached with 3M double sided tape. Stuff is pretty serious.

If you want to take it to the next nevel, and make it pretty permanent, you can also use something like this:

I've seen overfenders installed simply with that panel bond stuff. It doesn't play.
