In Dash Cd player 06 X5is,-can i get one??

When I bought my 06 X5 loaded, off the floor the salesman told me ALL late X5's came with a tape player not a cd player in the dash...I have the 6 cd changer in the back, but they suck, I want one in the dash in back of my Nav. Does anybody have any sugestions ?
