Are you looking for mufflers only? Eisenmann makes it for X5 and X6 the sound is very similar to v8 M5, just a little different pitch due to the fact that one os automatic an the other manual. Unfortunately, people who buy X5 and X6 don't buy aftermarket exhaust that often. if you are looking to change the sound just a little, but not the the extreme of eisenmann. look into AC Schnitzer or Hamann. They look cool and are a little beter than stock.. Either of the exhaust you go with expect to pay anywhere from $1500 to $2300. Of course they are other options like Magnaflow or Borla.

Eisenmann is a lot louder... removing resonators and X Pipe will increase the exhaust flow through the pipes, but does not mean i will sound better or you will gain HP. There is such thing as back flow pressure that must exist.
HP gain varies from application to application. With exhaust modification, you will need to re-map you computer. You don't have to, but if you are looking for those HP gains, re-mapping or customs software is the way to go. My car is tuned for all of the add-ons that i have on my car. For instance air fuel mixture must be properly set for the best performance out of your add-ons.

I have Kelleners Race on my E39 m5 and it sounds great, i am planning to purchase 2006 X5 4.8, but will not put the same exhaust the an X5. I will look at less noisier exhaust like ACS or Hamann (just and FYI most of the exhausts are produced by supersprint including Hamann and ACS.
