Aftermarket Rear Entertainment System

I'll be ordering a new 2010 X5 in a couple of weeks and am not crazy about bimmers rear entertainment option. Has anyone added an aftermarket system?? If so, what did you add, and how did it work out??

I'd appreciate specifics along with pictures.

Thanks
