I got my X5 M today, It's one of the first in Canada. I haven't really hammered it because I have to break it in first but, it handles and moves like a true M. It's really great! The only thing that isn't too impressive is the sound, it isn't bad but not impressive really. Interior and iDrive is really cool, way better than my '08 M6. Otherwise...I guess I'll post pics and video later this week....Let me know what you think and I'm curious if anybody on the board has one yet...

Congrats on the new purchase. Regarding the sound, I'm not surprised to hear you are somewhat disappointed with it, especially coming from a M6. You really can't substitute the sound of a naturally aspirated engine. Maybe if you put an exhaust on it will sound better? Look forward to hearing your impressions when you can really open it up. Congrats! Looks great in white! The X5 M actually has a quicker 0-60 time then the M6 (i guess mainly due to its 4x4 setup), will be intresting to hear how it drives when you are able to drive it properly after the break-in!
