X5 4.8is

Dear friends,

I own a X5 2005 model 4.8is Euro Spec and I'm thinking of upgrading the exhaust system.
I need your advice concerning the following:
Does this car has metallic or ceramic catalytic converters?
I'm thinking of replacing the rear silencers, should I replace catalyst also? what brand of exhaust you propose? I was thinking about Milltek...

Thank you in advance!
Dimitris
