I am looking for a trustworthy, capable mechanic in SoCal to install a CNS clutch system. Ive had work done at dealers and would prefer NOT to go back. I have read up on AVUS (I think was the name of the shop in Glendale) which is VERY close to me but ive heard mixed reviews on the shop.
Looking for a shop that can do the work as well as inspect the vehicle overall.
Well I am still waiting for the clutch to arrive from canada so I dont know if this week will happen. Is BMS so packed that I would not be able to schedule an appointment any other time? I am however looking to get this done as soon as the cluth arrives as my OE clutch is going FAST. Also need a few little things done but if you and others recommend BMS, i'll take it into consideration.
Thanks!
John Norris at GT International is an all around good BMW indie and does plenty of M stuff. He is in West Los Angeles on Purdue near Olympic (just south of Olympic).

Thats the rumor im hearing Gustav.....so my concern is certainly with follow up work and such. I will look into GT International as well but if anyone else has suggestions, please keep them coming.
If anyone turnn up good and trustworthy, Im willing to let them in on a good trial rate for m5board.com for say three months to get them some customers.
Shoreline Motoring in Huntington Beach is where I take all my cars
(Porsche, Lambo, Bentley, M5).
The owners name is Paul, i would highly recommend him if you don't mind coming down to the OC.
