Atlanta Area BMW Dealers

Have been a lurking member for a while and will try to be more active Been taking my 08 M5 to a local dealer but have noticed decline in customer service.

To cut the story short, what local dealers are actually good as far as service is concerned? We might be picking up the X5 M for the wife so want to make sure I give the business to the better dealer rather than the one I got my M5 at back in the day.

Thanks!

Why not an indy rather than a dealer?

I like Nalley in Decatur the most. Had good experiences with United in Alpharetta. Not a huge fan of Global, personally.

Ill have to go look through my paperwork. I haven't been in years since I had my M3. I dealt with 2 of them there and both were good.

I have used both United in Alpharetta and Global Imports just of 285 and have been very happy with both of them.

I had multiple bad experiences with Nalley, actually ruined my wheels and caused some issues on my last M3. My recommendation is Global; although quite pricey, i feel its worth their service.
