Also, speaking of DD's, Dustin. I am in the exact boat as you and I have decided what I am going to do. I am looking for a 2003ish Nissan Pathfinder LE with the 3.5L VQ engine. Had one in a Maxima back in the day and they are bulletproof.

Haha you going to the Porschaaa world? I am serious as a heart attack I really have no use for them. I hate clutter, I dont want them sitting around in my closet. I know someone here will make a good home for them.

Nice, let me know what you find. I need a DD ASAP. I cannot imagine a 700 hp v10 would be a good DD for a 3 mile commute. My problem is when I find a good cheap DD I start thinking what I could do to my M6 with that money, haha.

I'm a huge Nissan fan....yeah, the VQ series motors are extremely reliable. I had a 4th gen Maxima with a VQ30DE back in the day, which I beat the crap out of for 12 years....and the only thing that ever had to be replaced was the starter. I think the car had around 180k miles on it when I sold it.

I didn't know that was your DD. You definitely need another car to run around in. My DD is a 2005 Honda Accord and I couldn't be happier. I put Pirelli's on it and push it to the limit in the curves as much as I can...it's almost as fun haha. If I don't have the M6 up here in March I might have to bring it just to meet you guys. 90% chance of the M6 unless snows in the forecast before the trip up, then I can't bring any fun cars lol

I do have a 1997 Honda Passport SUV I was going to sell but I am not sure if I can do that or not now. I keep it in NC for the other run around vehicle. It's nice to have 4x4 when you need it. If you are remotely interested let me know. My father in law has it now, so I am not sure I can pry it from him or not

Yeah I am an idiot! I had an 08 535 that I traded in for the M6. I only owed like 13,000 on it. Geezzz. I really wish I would have kept that car. Yeah I am thinking Honda....I can pick one of those up for really cheap.

I also have a newbie ? How much better traction will I get if I get some wheels that are 11 in the back? I am thinking this will be a must. I dont want the ride to get worse though. I have never put rims on my cars before.

I am getting new wheels with 10.5 rears and 305 width tires...won't be able to tell about ride quality or traction for another few weeks. I have heard mixed results on the width vs performance, but I don't believe anything until I test it on my own. I definitely know the limits on this car, so it should be easy to tell if it gets better or worse.
