T, how's it going man? All is well here. You know I've been staying away because I'm jealous of you and Dustin. Keep living the dream man! Seriously, I have been suffering from withdrawal with my car being gone so long. Never thought I'd miss driving this much (the Tahoe doesn't count as driving - more like the captain of a ship).

Yes, a track day is in order. However, I'd also like to throw a party... for my car! I want to do something big before the summer is over and I'm thinking that we can do Alive after Five in Roswell. Alive after five roswell

Anyone interested? There was one tonight, but it looks like the next dates are 8/16 and 9/20. I already know that I'm going to be in Philly on 8/16, but how would 9/20 work for everyone? I want to make it an impressive showing of exotics so let me know if the date doesn't work for everyone. I'll need to place deposits for parking and I'm thinking about maybe a caravan with police escort so we can make an entrance!!!

Anthony, Alive after 5 would definitly require prearranged parking. Those nights are a zoo with Canton street almost blocked off from the amount of people (at least outside of the summer time) with kids everywhere who would go crazy over the cars. It wouldn't be in the heart of the action but you might be able to arrange parking at the Fire Station Museum on Alpharetta Hwy between Diesel Pizza and Green Street.

I had dinner at Little Alley Steak (great new steak house) Tuesday night and there was no parking available (even valet) anywhere close to Canton St which I thought was crazy for a tuesday night.

Track day is a must. I want to see these new cars in action.

I am down for the track day but, I dont support the traffic that "alive after 5" creates. I dont appreciate it as i get caught in it every time they do it. Also there is nothing more then kids and old people there.

I don't know about the alive at 5 being only older folks and kids. There were plenty of younger ones there

I probably qualify as an old person and I have kids! Besides, the meet is for us not anyone else who might be there. Sorry the traffic is such a nightmare for you. It's every 3rd Thursday of the month through October so you should probably plan around it.

More info on a track day soon...

9/20 is perfect. I will be fresh back from Fargo, ND so something like this will serve well to decompress.

PS. Can't wait to see your car.
